That doesnt mean cancelled, but that means progress will be slower than others so you might wait until its done to join. Also Re3 premium and extreme tiers might be merged that means 1 mod but with extreme variety instead of separate mods. So i might make a middle tier for merged Re3 but i didnt make a decision yet. As always please look at tags ''development'' and ''complete'' before join. So you know what you will get exactly.
