I’m not saying I miss the sexual innuendos in my wrestling, but man do I ever miss segments like this! Vince McMahon by all accounts doesn’t seem to be a good person whatsoever, and creatively by the end he had certainly lost most of his touch, but the one thing that he was great at was booking ridiculousness like this for television, and a lot of times it missed, but a lot of times it didn’t. Things like this, Eddie and Ray wrestling for the custody of a literal child, the festival of friendship, wrestling weddings, all of these things have kind of fallen by the wayside since HHH took over, and don’t get me wrong, overall, wrestling as a hole is so much better, and the WWE is hotter than it has been in over 20 years, but old Papa H obviously favors a more sports like presentation, and hey, I don’t like things veering too far in the other direction either, but I miss buffoonery like this.

She had beef with Steph over HHH and She had been gone from the company by this point due to not getting the money she felt she deserved. This segment was in 2006 IIRC and The company moved away from the edgier content in 07
