I know this is a late comment on this but as someone who likes deathmatch stuff, there's a point when it's too much and the match is too long. It wasn't a particularly bad match but there's only so much you can do when there's thumbtacks and a table spot in the first 5 minutes of a 40 minute match. Especially when this is one of the tamer Cage of Death matches in terms of the weapons used and the spots other than the ones off the top of the cage. I've seen ones with crazier and more interesting spots. If the match would have been half as long and the spots spaced out better, the crowd might have reacted to more of the spots. And it's not even the main event lol. Unfortunate.
