I remember hearing that photos exist of Lita's breasts slipping out during the segment, so she was at least actually topless. Based on what has come out about Vince, I can say with 100% certainty he was enjoying this like a porno backstage, which is quite disgusting since he was almost certainly in a small room with a bunch of people at the time. You would think this stuff ended after the 00's but I know for a fact Alexa Bliss was made to only wear a towel in a segment, a segment where Mandy Rose was half naked(kind of fitting since she does onlyfans now) to frame Jimmy Uso as cheating on Naomi, and probably a handful of others.

This ultimately is what led to Lita not re-signing when her contract was up. Her "farewell" segment was somehow even worse than this Vince used it as a way to get back at her for not blindly cooperating with the disgusting things he wanted her to do.
