PLAYTEST: Half-Elf Variant Race (v0.2)

I have been tinkering with a half-elf variant. I wanted to design something that gives players more control over the exact nature of their Fey Ancestry, and cover a wide variety of different elven ancestors. I think some variation of this idea will most likely end up in a future Quest Pack, so I could really use some of your opinions on this so I can polish it up nicely before then.
I am posting screenshots of the full document below, and I have attached a PDF version to the post as well.
