Subtitle translations from Spanish to English

I need to have it captioned so my mother can watch it. It's very personal in nature, so I wasn't comfortable asking the entire internet. Long shot, but is anyone interested in helping me out? I have the YouTube video link and can provide it to someone who can create English YouTube captions from a Spanish video.
