Simon is really allowing this group to reach it full potential, he has found the perfect balance, having a level of control that’s needed while allowing each member and the group to grow, I am shocked at what they have done on this tour, never really seen anything like it, It’s one of the reasons they seem to really enjoy what they are doing so much, they are involved, their opinions and ideas are heard, they have choices, these are things that matter to all of us, we are fully engaged when we are in that situation, when Simon said he wanted to show a new way of producing a group, this is part of it, allowing your stars to shine, it's so refreshing to see in this industry also the fact that the girls are allowed to get "taboo" stuff like Chisa got a neck tattoo recently and Jurin septum piercing etc i have NEVER seen that kind of freedom in K-pop or any -pop adjacent for an idol group. I really believe they are paving a new positive path in the Idol industry
