Hey Patrons,

With our Disco Elysium series just a few weeks away I wanted to give you all an early look at how it's shaking out. So here is a 9 minute clip from the first episode of our series - an episode which largely focuses on the background of some of the Disco Elysium team as a way of laying the narrative groundwork for a dive into the design of the game.

This project has been a long time in production so I hope you enjoy this sneak peak. I'm hard at work finishing the videos. It's likely to be 5 episodes long and we'll start getting them out in a few weeks. Once I'm back from Australia - though I am actually editing them while I'm here too. They've been a joy to work on honestly.

I also want to give a shout out to Jeremy once again, who not only was a massive advocate for this project incredible soon after the release of Disco, but has been instrumental in building the framework of this series. And of course Frank for once again doing an amazing job of capturing and logging hours upon hours of gameplay. Nothing here is done by just myself. I feel like that needs to be reiterate from time to time. To say nothing of the sacrifices my wife and kiddo make for daddy to travel to Estonia for a few weeks. My daughter said "when are you going to the rock country?" many times, misinterpreting the name of the nation I was set to visit. /noclip docs is the beating heart of our lives here, so making sure these videos come out right is essential to honor the sacrifices made by not the just the developers, but our family and chosen family here too.
