I think I like this! I'll come back to it tomorrow to mess with it some more if I need to, but I think it's done. I prefer her outfit as black and red, though I have a hard time painting black black, so it still ended up in the dark blue family. I wanted to tone down the hard core sexiness of her more recent designs and get to a more "I've been mentally and emotionally manipulated by a crazy person and have thus broken with reality to join him" design. I wanted to retain her lab coat from her psychiatry days as a sort of symbol that some part of her old self is still kicking around in there, like some part of her wants to be Harleen Quinzel again and not Harley Quinn.
