Ethan proposes a draconic hatchery, where drakes, dragons and wyverns are raised, trained and ridden.
Shawn proposes a Viking pagan temple modeled after a Scandinavian stave church.
Silas proposes a set of cottages on the outskirts of a village, each with multiple stories, animal pens and vegetable gardens.
