Beta release via discord, and we're on track for final this month
Added 2023-02-21 11:35:06 +0000 UTCSo great news, we have hit Beta for the next release, and will be releasing a full image and 'release' quality image this month. We have two bugs currently int he Beta we're working on fixing:
1) A keyboard is currently required to get through the 'first run'. We have a fix figured out for that, and I'll be working tomorrow night to get that in.
2) Ad hoc networks aren't resolving on all cell phones. - This means that when you first start the frame, the adhoc network you can connect with (if you don't have a keyboard attatched) isn't working fully. This one we're tracking down.
Outside of that, stability, frame sync, overlays, playlist sorting, unicode support and more are in this update. We are looking great to make the release this month, so please stay tuned. If you want to jump on the beta, please contact Qwksilver in the Discord chat.
For now that's all I have, we're heads down and full speed heading to this months release. It's going to be a great one!
