He doesn’t hate his son. But I guess he’s grown incredibly cold towards him. Haru is in pain and he’s always sick, but his father can’t do anything about it. He feels a deep sense of hopelessness. So he’s sort’ve switched himself off to it in a way. Now Haru’s cries of pain become a nuisance.

2022-12-06 13:13:11 +0000 UTCI was a bit worried when I released this chapter. It is quite a dark chapter. I tried to make it a bit more subtle to sort’ve imply what was going on in the background with the family.
