'Overhaul' early(test) version.

Currently, we deployed test version of new Market API.
Instructions about, how to get access, and use it you can find in attached G-document.
Api description is Incomplete, new endpoints and their description will be added from time to time.
New front-end.
Probably there will be few test builds until it will be ready for production server.
The way to get access will be the same as for an API.
