Where do you read company disclosures/financial statements etc? Do you have a site where everthing is consolidated or do you go to each company website individually and look for it?

Hindi nila kayang bayaran Yung 3 years average dividends nila. So most definitely kelangan nila mag declare Ng lower dividends or no dividends at all

Maiba lang, kakatuwa naman PSEi, as of today YTD is 0%, kala ko mag clo-close pa na negative. Anyways, chills lang tayo mga long term investor. Anyways, ano sir masasabi nyo sa analyst(?) na si John Mangun? Palagi kasi syang nafe-feature sa Market Edge, puro mga walang kwenta sinasabi. lol. Mas madami pa kong natututunan kay Stephen Cuunjieng.

Hindi. I want continuous growth before and after retirement. That's why, MP2 will never be for me.

With your analysis regarding MP2, and with your knowledge in the stock market, kung malapit ka na rin bang mag retire e hindi na 100% stocks ang portfolio mo? like papasok ka din sa MP2 for capital preservation? Kasi nabanggit mo dun na that is good for those who have shorter runway. pero assuming nag grow na. Thank you sa insights.

Gagawa ako once nagsubmit sila financial report. I started a small position in MWC. Maganda mga utility stocks for long term as long as hindi sila gaano nareregulate ng gobyerno. In the case of MWC, mukhang hindi na sila pinapakealaman lately and unti unti na ata nagmamaterialize kanilang previous capex to drive growth sa business.

Ang stock market Kasi is also a way of betting on the growth of the stocks na binibili mo. If you believe they will grow long term, then yes it can be an opportunity to buy. In case of FNI and NIKL, you are betting on the deman of nickel in the future which could drive the nickel prices to go up and then drive the growth of FNI and NIKL. In my case, nag trim ako sa FNI and NIKL simply because I see better opportunities on other stocks that could drive my portfolio better in the short term. If bumalik Yung opportunity sa NIKL and FNI, then that's the time I will buy more. These are cyclical stocks, you don't know when will be their next bull cycle starts.

Sa recent valuations mo with the Nickel mining stocks such as NIKL at FNI, possible kamo its a value trap. so does it mean in the short term, benta na sila? or cut loss? (which I hate kasi dividend portfolio ko for retirement ang binibuild ko) Pero dba if long term say 10-15 yrs, pwede din nman na opportunity ito to bodega? Gaya ni SPC, ayaw ng tao nung bumagsak fundamentals nia, pero un namn ung time na kako opportunity ito mag bodega, kasi i believe babawi sia, mali ba un strattegy na un sir?Thank you again sa insights.
