I am holding some few stocks for long term investing and dividends sa PSEI - AC ACEN TEL and LTG. Looking for another REIT for dividend investing at ang AREIT got my interest. Any thoughts or opinion on AREIT and some other REIT anyone hold for long term. Not a recommendation for buys of course. Hindi lang ko masyado familiar sa PSEI stocks except for some that I already own. Salamat!

Kung yumaman ang pilipinas at some point and mag transition from low income to middle income ang madaming household, then maybe SNR can be COSTCO. Thats just my initial assumption. Anyways, they are both growing so they are in the right direction.
