由戀上換裝娃娃的海夢領先奪冠

相信大部分的人都是因為動畫被海夢的身材給吸引到了吧

由於是比較近期的作品且動畫也做得很好，奪冠其實不會讓人太意外

而其他角色多少可以推測讀者年齡層的分布
