It it mostly a random height determining table for those who don't have any plan for their character and just want to roll for height. We also go have a section on biological gender and gender identity and how it effects spells and effects that interact with a creatures gender as well as a table show casing the general gender ratios for each species in the game, which you could use to roll randomly for you Biological gender. The PDF for 1.9 also has bookmarks for every chapter and main topic. Here is the Complete list of changes.
