Bug Fixes and some new content v0.03b

Fixed the builder mission bug that made you invisible.
Fixed the image bug during the corruption event from 14 to 17.
Fixed the bug that didn't allow you to activate the chase mission if you stayed past midnight.
Fixed the bug where when you followed the path of chastity with the main character the constructor would disappear.
Fixed the bug when you sent a student to collect the nails the builder disappeared. Fixed the bug that did not take you to your room after midnight.
Fixed the bug that did not remove Dana when she went to help the builder in the last part of the boat mission.
New mission text translated. New dialogues added to be able to find the materials for the construction of the pier.
New enemy added.
Dock mission fixed.
