I don't think its Elvis he's dressed as. It seems more like a Jim Jones and The Peoples Temple Cult reference. Especially with the Koolaide scene toward the end.

The trailer park pimp televangelist vibe with the wheelchair on 30s, getting pushed around the trailer park with his legs crossed, everything was hilarious lol. When I first heard the song and the beat came in at the beginning my ears perked up like “oh? This sounds…like a rap song…” then he came in with that flow and I was just vibing to it. No heavy bars, nothing special, just a silly fun song with an even sillier, more fun video. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
