Short Update
Added 2025-07-15 04:18:55 +0000 UTCThis is just a very brief follow-up to the last post, so everyone knows what's happening (I get the feeling from the responses that people assumed I was immediately going on break or something). I appreciate all the support you've provided, including through DMs and emails (although you don't need to repeat it, as it can be a bit overwhelming).
Mob Sorcery 5 is being worked on. But I won't be posting chapters for a bit, because I'm probably going to get most/all of the book done first. Release is still planned for mid-August. Chapters will likely be daily (or more often) once I start posting again.
I'll be pausing Patreon payments once Mob 5 comes out. I don't know for how long.
I don't know what I'll do with Stellarforged. It's gotten caught up in this mess, along with a lot of my interest in creating new series and stuff in general. I'll find out when/if I get the interest to return to it. It might end up being a passion project that I know will do poorly, or I'll ditch it and work on something completely different.
In the end, it's up to you if you suspend your pledge now or not, given Mob 5 is relatively close anyway. I appreciate any and all support, but a lot of people expect to get regular and rapid early chapters and I think Mob 5 will benefit if I just finish the book and then provide chapters.
Otherwise, I'll see you when Mob 5 chapters are ready. There'll be an update at the very end of July if I somehow haven't posted any Mob 5 chapters by then.

I've really, truly, enjoyed StellarForged, though I know it's taken me a little while to catch up. Obviously, I'm happy to support anything you create and you in general for any breaks needed or wanted. I do hope this new series gets to continue as, as I've already said, I've really been enjoying it. The world building is as interesting as always and drew me in right away. It makes me want to see more of the world and the adventure through it. The characters are also detailed and fun, I like the species and how things are going so far, it's been a great mix of characters and also leaves me wanting more. That said, I'm happy to wait for it if that's what is best for you. I hope all the losers out there don't get to snuff the flame of your interest in this series or genre in general as either, especially the latter, would be a great loss for all. Looking forward to more Mob 5, at any pace you're happy to release it. And happy to wait for more Demon's Throne so it can get what it needs. Thank you again for all that you create!
