TPOTF - Anubi [videos]

Oh my GOSH those are going to be incredible to see in game!!! They already looked so so SO good And they did make me think of a potential move anubis could do, if you aren't done making moves for him

mummies here are already planed to cooperate with anubis ;) you will see eheh the cursed power is to inject distractive mind images to distract player for a determined time, i think this is already very punishing XD about the second i'm not sure to add it, will think about it

It's a good idea to make the boss bigger and the players smaller.

If you use magic as a means of attack, you can use summoning magic to summon some BOSS followers to attack the player together, or summon certain items or followers to control the player and then the BOSS attacks. The second type is mind control magic, which controls the player's operation or controls the player to do some NSFW and then requires the player to continuously press a certain button to release the control. The third type is curse-like magic, which slows down the player after being hit, increases health points, and speeds up the number of focus points.

hmmm picking up with magic.... i don't really know, i didn't think about others with it, do you have any ideas, the others i planed is just physical contact, use of the staff len magic, and using his eyes megic to stun

Oh i friggin love that!! Such a fun solution to him being too big on his own X3 And the animation looks really good I hope he ends up with some more attacks where he picks up the player with magic tbh

Oh my goshhhh the moves are incredible Im actually so stoked for this boss! The push stomp is phenomenal!!! And it did make me think about something that might be kinda fun to add but idk if it would be troublesome I know you can slow down attacks in the gallery but do you think you'd ever add natural slo-mo to fights? Like certain attacks that have heavy impacts would slow down the game for a moment To really let the impact and dominance set in for your failure to dodge?

well for them, you will need to remember, and understand the dodging sequence, like for the Storm combo where you have to dodge with 3 different movement for that attack

Love the new model, but some of these moves seem really hard to read their hit-zones. Which will basically be dodge guess-work for when a player has to face them without having seen these animation previews. Not to mention the ones that hit multiple zones and swap zones they hit in later parts of the animations.

Fair enough ^^ Then for that, I think a really fun attack would be him putting the staff between the players legs and then attacking left and right to drop the player onto their knees where he'd finish it with a kick to the face (To dodge it you'd have to not duck, then dodge right, then dodge left, before dodging any direction for the kick) If that makes sense! But I know you'll make some incredible attacks so I'll leave ya to it =)

yea, and some hits comes up in mind while i animate them, in the attack i just shared you also have a bite in the down location/dodge ;)

because i hired artists to do it but believe me that it was not fast before showing you it XD, it's almost a year i try to get this anubi model done, few scammings and complicancies made me almost hate it but finally he's completed and looks amazing (not perfect!) so i'm already enjoying to work personally on it by fee weeks

The environment is very suitable for this boss. The process of this new boss is completed quite quickly. I am looking forward to the subsequent videos of interaction with the boss and what the overall process will look like after completion.
