Missing rewards/contact!

I want to address something: If you haven't received a reward, please contact me via Patreon DM about it.
I had a patron quit, leaving a message over how they hadn't received their reward, and I was frankly very confused because, to the current point in time, I hadn't received a single DM asking for one that I hadn't responded to.
(Also, this bears noting: when you leave, your exit survey response is anonymous, so I cannot connect any exit survey complaints with a user, and I'm left kind of powerless to solve the problem!)
So yes, if you're missing something, don't hesitate to contact me!
I will respond asap. I'm often very busy or AFK/not on a computer with access to the files. But I always respond as soon as I can!

Old packs haven't sent out yet! They send out on the 15th-- but I'm starting to think I might do it as soon as the request rolls in and start taking requests for those via DM. I think I'll start that come October.
