2025-05-12 08:01:02 +0000 UTCWhich would be worse - the cop experience, or a short fat guy walking up to say you look really pretty, before fleeing (because of social anxiety)? Excessive noise is an issue, but seems more like he used it as an excuse in this case. As for speeding, I used to be awful (dodging traffic, rush rush rush), but I always arrived at my destinations tense and stressed. One day I locked into the speed limit, only used 10 minutes more on an hour's drive, used a bunch less gas, and was SO relaxed. So I stuck with it (except when going with the flow of traffic, I try to be nice and not hold up other people) and after about a month, I just kind of defaulted to being a less aggressive driver. Sometimes I still do, and I still love to zoom about, but now I'm safer. Which is funny, because most people on my usual route have gotten worse (lane incursions being the worst and sadly most common)
