Hear me out what about Pyrrhus of Epirus. He had an obsession with war to the point where he got extremely bored during peace , He often sought conflict , chose war over other duties and he basically told his advisor that he wouldn't rest until the whole of the known world was his.

Ok, hear me out. The Mad Hatter. I know he’s not real but the phrase ‘mad as a hatter’ comes from hatters in Victorian England commonly contracting mercury poisoning which made them do crazy things. Also the illustration of the Mad Hatter in Alice in the Wonderland and Into the Looking Glass was inspired by Theophilus Carter. He owned at least one furniture shop from 1861-1894 in Britain and some believe he invented the Alarm Clock Bed that was showcased at the Great Exhibition of 1851. It was a bed that when it was time to wake up the bed would tip the person sleeping in it into a tub of cold water.
