Now that it's 2022 we've found that giving players the ability to acquire, buy, and sell virtual items in an open decentralized marketplace is leading to legal troubles, money laundering, predatory crypto-related scams, and less interesting games with lower player retention. So how can we or should we regulate these open loop and closed loop Play to Earn Games?
