By the way, I totally agree with your decision not to touch any subjects not at least 100 years old. That does give enough time for fads and slants to be largely corrrected. You might even be able to have your own more specialized "Project Steve," where instead you give counts for the number of historians (and maybe anthropologists) who support various interpretations of parts of history. ;)
