Goku really just burst through the walls like the kool-aid man lmao also this episode really just shows the value Goku's family has to him, lies to Chi-chi about a surprise party for their newborn granddaughter, so glued to his phone waiting Bulma to call him he completely ignores Gohan when he comes to visit and uses Goten as a human shield when Chi-chi finds out and tries to kill him. lol

Then, she did a 180 and became a Tiger Mom. Bulma on other hand has always been a sloot (the first in the franchise, in fact). As much of a beta as Yamcha is (despite being described as a playboy), she strung him along and literally jumped on Vegeta's D while they were still dating. Honestly, the two of them make me glad I'm now single and I finally have some peace. Definitely not trad wife material (its much easier to "encounter" a woman with ChiChi's temperament). Videl in Super or at the end of Z is way more tolerable though. Goku acting like one of those quest giver NPCs in RPGs that ask you, "are you done yet?" when you barely exited the conversation XD That's true. I'm sure Toriyama never expected people (like on forums like Kazenshuu or Neoseeker) to analyze his franchise to such a degree. That stuff literally starts hard debates (which can be good) and fights lol.

It's just that she unfortunately didn't make the right choice by marrying Goku, especially since she knew that he wasn't a normal person like everyone else. I don't hate her personally as a character, but more the nagging and forceful side of her. Well, I guess that's kinda what saiyans like π

But, rationally speaking, sheβs just a real-life mother living in the Dragon Ball world. From Chi-Chiβs perspective: Imagine being a mother who finds out her husband has died, and then her 5-year-old son is taken by an alien villain for a year to trainβwith absolutely no control over the situation. Honestly, I totally get why sheβd be scarred by that and turn into the control freak she is today, lol. But still, I refuse to be rational in this situation: STOP BEING SO ANNOYING, CHI-CHI! π
