Cell still should have no diffed Pikon and Goku but I guess Cell was caught off guard? I heard a theory once that the flaming move that Pikon uses is like the Kaioken so maybe that could explain it as well.

Goku powers up and has the SSJ aura and hair shape, but they wanted to remain consistent to reveal SSJ Goku to Pikkon later, so his hair remains black here. There's debate about Pikkon taking out Cell. Some people say Cell was suppressed when he was about to fight Goku (he didn't power up) and that Pikkon caught Cell off guard with his Burning Shoot. That is a SSJ2 Gohan or higher level feat. Later, he is revealed to be only somewhat stronger than MSSJ Goku. Maybe around MSSJ Gohan level. And then some others say to heck with all that since he is a filler character. *in George Takei voice* "Oh myyyy"~ sounds like King Cold was enjoying that a little too much ๐ He asked about showers because he wants to be the one to drop the soap lol. I think Pikkon looks like if Piccolo and Krillin had a baby XD
