I was inspired by the lighting from the pool scene in the Chainsaw Man movie and I wanted to give it a try!
(also "flotation device" is an obscure reference to one of my fav DS games -- Super Robot Wars OG Saga: Endless Frontier -- when you're about to fight the big tiddy fish lady boss lol π)
