Patreon Changes: I need your input!
Added 2019-12-06 04:01:25 +0000 UTCFirst off, let me start by saying how appreciative I am of all of you. Seriously, the support I get from here gives me some breathing room each month. It pays for my Octane render engine, my Photoshop, and any neat new models that come around.
However, for all that you give to me, I don't feel like I give back enough in return. Sometimes I cant help it: I work part time and go to school full time. I drive almost an hour one way to get to my job with a very inconsistent schedule, then its usually a quick rush to get homework done by the due dates. There's only about a day a week that I can sit down and do anything for myself (or you guys).
I need to improve my presence here on Patreon, starting with the tiers. I think the $1 and $5 are good. I feel the rewards there are balanced and fair. Its the $10 and up that I don't feel like I do enough. I would say to make a 'commission tier', but I'm just too slow at them right now. I've also considered removing the $15 and $25 tiers or the $10 and $25 tiers to simplify the rewards further.
Speaking of, what rewards would you like to see at a $10 or $15 tier? I definitely need to do something better than what's currently there. I am starting to branch out from solely 3D art, so maybe digital painting may become a thing. Or there's my non-vore art too that I may try posting here. I have lots of 4K renders that aren't vore related and I don't have anywhere to put them.
I'll use December here as a 'transition month', then whatever is decided I'll start in January as a New Year's Resolution thing.
So what are your thoughts? What do I need to do here? I need to make some changes for sure, so throw out all your ideas at me. I wanna hear them.

I am sure the money I pledge is appreciated, but I shouldn't be so busy that I don't even have enough time to "like" the work that is posted. I like the idea of voting, but I would prefer the initial list to come from PWRof3D. Keep up the great work!

2019-12-08 19:06:56 +0000 UTCI feel I'd do the same, actually, if I was supporting another artist(s). A lot of artists offer some neat stuff, like 4K versions or alternate versions, at low tiers.

2019-12-07 01:24:59 +0000 UTCwell, for me, I rarely use any tier of 10$ or more to begin with. i prefer to share a few bucks to a handful of artists that I feel comfortable supporting depending on how I like their art and how well they communicate with their fans rather than just if I "get my moneys worth" but the tiers of 10$ is something I usually only join if it is an artist who I might want to get a commission at some pointand who offers discounts for those tiers.

2019-12-06 20:28:28 +0000 UTCI have thought about that one too. It would definitely be possible for me to do something like that once per month. Maybe higher tiers get a broad poll, then everyone gets to pick from their top 3? In that case, they'd get to vote twice and have more options.
