Emperor's Pool

A dragon emperor is a slightly different tale.
Servant positions are temporary, and seemingly always open. Prisons are emptied regularly, and the pressure to please is far greater. Though at the same time, there is a level of calm at the highest level of government. Even as the empire around him was thrust into turmoil, with revolutions and outside powers all yearning to bring the emperor down, a dragon ruler shows an amazing amount of restraint. He's calculating. He knows who he needs and, just as importantly, who to get rid of to keep his reign safe.
"You are next?" he asks, while wiping his paws and smirking eagerly. "Tell me everything you know...while you can".
