Patreon back to a per month charge

I changed my patreon page back to charging per month instead of per submission. Its really not a big difference, as I only made one 'paid' patreon post per month anyway.

The idea was it would encourage me to post something each month, but I think its confusing to patreons. Seeing the 'per submission' next to the pledge amount can mean I either don't post regularly or I may post several times per month.

Hopefully by changing it there will be less confusion. It also gave me a nice bonus: charge new patreons when they join. I had a problem in the past where someone would pledge for a vore pack, then cancel the next day. Basically meaning they got a bunch of content for free. I tried to mitigate this by posting at the end of each month, but I don't think that really worked.

For current patreons, nothing should change. The charge is at the beginning of every month, like it normally is.

I've thought about changing the tiers a bit too, like adding a 'free commission' tier. I've tried it in the past though, and although I had people at that tier, I don't recall anyone taking advantage of it.

I also considered putting vore packs at the $5 tier. That's was the original plan, but a fluke put them at the $1 tier, and I simply left it. What are your thoughts on it?
