エアコンをつけるせいでブレーカーが落ちやすくなる季節！

先週１回、久しぶりにブレーカーがガチャンっていっちゃって「おわっ！」となったのですが、着々とわたしも進化しました。PC周りのものをUPSにつないで、かつ本体がノート型。これならブレーカー落ちも怖くない！！😊

と、作業環境はだいぶ危機に強くなっていってますけど、意外とつまらない事で作業が止まったりもします。

ペンどこ行った問題！

しょうもない事ながらも、これが割と頻繁だし、馬鹿に出来ないリスクです💦

さて！

「みだれうち６」もラフ・作画・ベースカラー置きが全て終わって、今は表のラスボスである色塗り工程を進めてます。

（ちなみに裏ボスはブラッシュアップの最終チェック）

今のペースだと…

次回更新の完成報告はちょっとまだ時間足りないかなぁと思うのですが、次々回あたりだともう完成してるんじゃないかなと思ってます。

＆その他のご連絡としては、前回更新で言っていたグッズ用イラスト。

まだ色校正来てないので状況は変わってはいないのですが、夏恒例のイベントなのでもうそろそろ…なんじゃないかなと思います。

予約とか考えると主催者さん側でそろそろ情報アップするかもなので、この件はXのほうでのリポストで触れるのが最短になるかもです💦

あとは…

まだ詳細はお伝えできないのですが、秋頃に面白い展開をお伝えできるかもしれません。それも２つ。（気に入って頂けたらいいなぁと戦々恐々）

面白そうな事って立ち消えも多いので、このあと打ち合わせ重ねていって、ちゃんと形になるかどうかですけど💦💦

ちなみに過去立ち消えで一番「うわー」ってなったのはフィギュア化案件です。

打ち合わせでラフやら色々やりとりしたのに音信不通になってしまったーというー 😂

It's that time of year again—when turning on the air conditioner makes the circuit breaker trip more easily!

Last week, for the first time in a while, the breaker did go "clunk!" and I was like, "Oh no!" But! I’ve leveled up since then. Everything around my PC is now hooked up to a UPS, and the main machine is a laptop. So even if the breaker goes out, I’m totally fine now! 😊

While my work setup is gradually becoming more disaster-resistant, ironically, it's still the silly little things that can bring work to a halt.

Like: "Where did my pen go?!"

It’s trivial, but it happens more often than you’d think—and surprisingly, it’s not a risk to be underestimated.💦

Now then!

All the rough sketches, line work, and base colors for "Midareuchi 6"(DEEP STROKE 6) are done, and I'm currently working on the final boss: coloring!

(And for the record, the secret final boss is the last-minute polish and checks.)

At the current pace...

I think it might be a bit tight to have the finished version ready for the next Zatsudan (Casual) Update, but by the one after that? I think we’ll be there.

Also!

As for the merch illustration I mentioned in the last update: I haven’t received the color proofs yet, so there's no change in status. But since it’s for a seasonal summer event, I imagine things will start moving soon.

If the organizers decide to open pre-orders, they might post something soon—so the quickest way to catch any news on that will probably be via reposts on X.💦

And one more thing...

I can’t share details yet, but there might be a couple of fun developments coming this fall. (Fingers crossed you'll enjoy them—I’m both excited and nervous!)

That said, you never know—these “fun projects” can fizzle out sometimes. We’ll be having more meetings from here, so let’s see if they take shape properly.💦💦

For the record, the most heartbreaking "fizzle out" for me was a figure project.

We got as far as exchanging roughs and a bunch of other materials in meetings... and then—radio silence.

Ouch.😂
