雑談更新25.01.31

１月も終わりですが、今年はさっそく大きなアクシデントが起きてしまって、とんでも年初でした💦

月の半分くらい、それの対応に追われてしまってグッタリ…。

せっかくのお正月気分も吹き飛んでしまって悲しいので、何かもう　今年は節分に１年のはじめ気分もう１回やり直しちゃおうかなと思うぐらいです。

さて……

そんなこんなで「みだれうち６」ですが、新規のラフはあまり進まず　代わりに１月はペン入れを進めてました。

背景がまだ入ってないコマ多いのでまだ色は入れられませんが、背景はアシさんメインなのでそこらへん並行して進むとして、２月は色が入ってく工程にうつれるかなと思います😊

ちなみにですが、今のパートは新規カット香織ちゃんどっさりなので　これはある種いつもどおりなのですが、

もしかしたら…更新タイミングと進み具合の組み合わせによっては　早川さん線画ばかりで香織ちゃん新規カットなしみたいな雑談回があるかも……しれません。

そういうの「５」までであんまり無い事だったので、いちおう事前にお伝えしておきます💦

ちなみに前回更新でお伝えした、FANZAさんの香織ちゃんグッズ。

予約終わったあと、今回も担当の方から褒めていただけて…ホッとしましたぁぁ💦

作品そのものは全部自分の責任なのである意味　気楽なのですが、香織ちゃんグッズはいつもどこか企業さんが企画してくれてるので、大外ししてしまったらどうしようと、戦々恐々です。

思えば悪いことだらけだった年初ですがこれが１つイイことでした😊

これは６の作中シーンではないのですが、だからこそというか、久しぶりにスマイルな表情を描けて良かったです😊

あと２つ目は、ちょうど一年前に描いたバイト娘、もう１回描きたいなと思って突発で描きました。

定期的に描きたくなるバイト娘。

たぶんバイザーを描きたいだけかもしれませんが笑、今年もその衝動がやってきたので、高解像度版を置いておきます♪

January has already come to an end, but this year started with a major accident right off the bat, making for a really rough New Year’s…💦

It wiped out all my New Year’s spirit, which is pretty sad. Honestly, I’m thinking of treating Setsubun like a fresh start and redoing my New Year’s mood then!

Anyway...
With all that going on, progress on new rough sketches for Midareuchi 6 has been a bit slow. Instead, I focused on inking throughout January.
A lot of the panels are still missing backgrounds, so I haven’t added colors yet. But since my assistants mainly handle the backgrounds, we’ll be working in parallel, and by February, I should finally be able to move on to the coloring stage! 😊

At the moment, most of the new cuts are of Kaori-chan, but depending on the timing of updates and how things progress, there might be a casual update where I only have Hayakawa-san’s line art to show, without any new Kaori-chan sketches.

That hasn’t really happened in Midareuchi 5 or earlier, so I figured I’d give a little heads-up in advance! 💦

Oh, and about the Kaori-chan merch from FANZA that I mentioned in the last update—
I was really happy to see so many people placing pre-orders! Thank you so much!

After pre-orders closed, the person in charge at the company even praised the results again, which was a huge relief…💦


When it comes to the actual work itself, I feel pretty relaxed since I’m fully responsible for it. But with Kaori-chan’s merch, it’s always a company handling the planning, so I constantly worry about what would happen if it completely flopped… It’s nerve-wracking!

Thinking back, this year started off with a bunch of bad stuff, but this was one really good thing. 😊

The first one is a New Year’s illustration of Kaori-chan.

It’s not from a scene in Midareuchi 6, but precisely because of that, I got to draw a nice, smiling expression for the first time in a while, which was really fun. 😊

And the second one—
I randomly decided to redraw the part-time girl character that I first sketched exactly a year ago.
I find myself wanting to draw her regularly. Maybe I just like drawing visors? LOL
But that urge hit me again this year, so here’s the high-resolution version! ♪
