今年も…

最終日がやってきてしまいましたー。

数年前まで大晦日の過ごし方はお祭り一択だったのに、なかなかコミケに戻るタイミングが掴めずじまいで今年も家からほぼ出ず、普通な日常の年末です。

という平和な年末ではあるのですがッ

２０２４年全体で見たら中々……たくさんの出来事がありました😊

特に「みだれうち」のOVA版関連の出来事は思い出深いです。

発売を記念してメロンブックス様でフェアをやってもらえて、それを機に腰が重たかった冊子版も再スタートできて…

意図せずあの時は「５」の発売もほぼ同時期だったので、夢に出てきそうなぐらい香織ちゃんばかりを脳内に置いてる日々でした。

あと、FANZAくじもありました。

企画のお話いただいたのはかなり前だったと記憶してるのですが、開催中もの凄くたくさんの人に引いてもらえてるよーとFANZAの中の人から教えて頂いて、そ、そんなに！！と驚いたのも良い思い出になりました。

＆今年は新作を１年で２つリリースできたのも嬉しいです。

い、一応お伝えしておくと　ページ数で見るとそんなに…ペースは変わってないんです💦

ただ「ユメカウツツカ　早川編」で１００ｐ超えのフルカラーを描いた時に　完成まで８ヶ月くらい経過してて、この時かかった時間がまぁまぁショックで…

やっぱり精神衛生上、１年で２タイトルは守りたいなぁと思うしだいです😊

さてそんな感じで２０２５年。

最初に完成させたいのが「みだれうち６」です♪

現在まだラフを進めている段階なので線画・彩色・仕上げの工程に入れるのはちょっと先なのですが、着々と脳内のシーンをラフ化していく作業は一番テンションが高まります。

勢いにのってどんどん進めたい！

それと１つ宣伝を。

毎年FANZAさんで恒例となっているグッズイベントに、今冬も参加させていただきました。

描き下ろしの香織ちゃんになります。

本年もご支援、本当にありがとうございました。

何度か過去にお伝えしてたかなと思うのですが、特にこの雑談内で触れる新作タイトル進捗あれこれは、その時々でページ数が変わったり、完成時期が変わったり、そういうのがしょっちゅうです。

なので、全体公開になってるSNSでこの手の話をするの、ちょっと怖かったりして…

クローズドなこの空間にめちゃくちゃ助けられてます。

２０２５年も引き続き、こちらの雑談＋では新作進捗を中心にその時々考えてることを喋りたいなと思っておりますので、来年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

This year, too...

The final day has arrived.

A few years ago, my way of spending New Year's Eve was all about festivals, but I haven’t quite managed to find the right timing to return to Comiket. Once again, this year ends with a quiet and ordinary day at home, hardly stepping outside.

It’s a peaceful end of the year, but...

Looking at 2024 as a whole, it’s been quite an eventful year 😊

Particularly, everything related to the anime adaptation of Midareuchi holds a special place in my memories.

To celebrate its release, Melonbooks hosted a fair, and thanks to that, I was able to restart the print version, which I had been putting off for so long.

Back then, coincidentally, the release of Midareuchi 5 happened around the same time, so I ended up spending my days with Kaori-chan constantly occupying my thoughts—so much so that she almost appeared in my dreams.

Also, there was the FANZA lottery.

If I recall correctly, I received the project proposal quite some time ago, but during the event, I was told by someone from FANZA that an incredible number of people were participating, and I was so shocked—"R-really, that many?!"—that it became a wonderful memory for me.

And this year, I was also happy to release two new works in a single year.

J-just to clarify, when you look at the page count, my pace hasn’t really... changed much 💦

However, when I worked on Yumeka UtsutsuKa Episode: Hayakawa, which was over 100 pages in full color, it took me about eight months to complete. I was quite taken aback by how long it ended up taking, and it left me feeling a bit down...

For the sake of my mental well-being, I really want to keep up the goal of two titles a year 😊

Now, looking ahead to 2025.

The first thing I want to finish is Midareuchi 6!

Currently, I’m still at the rough draft stage, so it’ll be a while before I move on to the line art, coloring, and finishing phases, but turning the scenes in my head into rough sketches is the most exciting part of the process.

I’m fired up and ready to keep pushing forward!

And one quick announcement.

I had the pleasure of participating once again in the annual goods event hosted by FANZA this winter.

This time, it features an exclusive illustration of Kaori-chan.

She’s equipped with an absurdly large accessory!

Now, as we wrap up 2024...

Thank you so much for all your support this year.

I think I’ve mentioned this a few times in the past, but especially regarding the updates on new title progress that I touch upon in these casual chats, things like page counts and completion timelines often fluctuate. It’s a common occurrence.

Because of this, I sometimes feel hesitant to discuss such details openly on social media where everyone can see.

Having this closed space has been an incredible relief and support for me.

In 2025, I’d like to continue using this space to share updates on new projects and talk about whatever’s on my mind at the time. I hope you’ll stay with me in the coming year as well!
