Little behind the scenes data

When I talk about how badly an episode does in the first few hours of its release, this is the kind of thing I'm referring to. Obviously a crossover episode isn't going to do as well as a massive DC event or Ultimate Spider-Man (apparently), but when 9% of usual watchers skips the show initially, it means YouTube will recommend it less, which contribues to its overall failure. It's a vicious cycle, and it's why we don't experiment. YouTube simply doesn't want us to try that. I could pay them to promote the episode, which might result in better views, but that's kinda fucked up, don't you think?

Pretty interesting. It seems as though the longer videos do better in the long run. Makes sense why you may not want to experiment too much, when the only non-Marvel/DC comic to do big numbers was Invincible. Wonder why it got decent views? It's in the top highest viewed back issues. It also is on the longer end of the spectrum. Could also have something to do with the more colorful thumbnails.

Interesting. I wonder why Doomsday Clock in particular blew up.

You guys are my favorite creators on the internet. I will watch everything you do from here until you stop creating. I wish there was something that could increase your exposure. I've tried getting Charlie/Moist to watch your videos on stream and I don't shut up about Comic Pop to my friends. Sal you have all my love and your effort is so much appreciated.
