I too got a notification for it on my old Galaxy Note 2 but not on my current phone, which is very strange because I have all notifications turned off because I practically live on YouTube.

2018-12-24 18:59:12 +0000 UTCI got a notification for it on the mobile YouTube app. Which means other regular subs (as opposed to patrons) may have as well.
