That mean you dont complete all events what must be completed before you doing this, reed Walkthrough from 5$ post. If you want a short answer without Walkthrough: you need to take a deliver from next morning and then give sportswear to Rosie when she in her room at the daytime.

I purchased a sport outfit and I thought you would deliver it just like the teddy bear but I can't seem to give the sports outfit away. Can anyone please help me?
