2024-08-21 14:33:04 +0000 UTCI really like Twister, I think it holds up pretty well, too. I have had a few tornado dreams when I was younger, but I was always safe in them. I've read that tornado dreams happen when you are feeling overwhelmed in your daily life or when there are big changes happening. I live in Illinois, so tornados are something I've dealt with for a long time. I've been very lucky to not be directly in one. I do have to mention that I let out the loudest, clutch-the-pearls gasp when Caitlin said she hasn't seen The Princess Bride. So glad she has you Anitra, to show her the way!

2024-08-21 05:33:11 +0000 UTCI saw the new one in theaters not too long ago, it wasnt 4D though. Nothing can top the original movie, but the new one was pretty good, I wouldnt mind rewatching it/ watching it numerous times as I do the Original.

2024-08-20 22:58:28 +0000 UTCI loved that you showed Caitlyn this movie. This is my favorite tornado movie ever. Well one of lol. I am still so surprised Caitlyn never saw the movie before. Also Anitra the volcano movie you were trying to think of is Dantes peak. And the other one that came out around the same time was just called Volcano and starred Tommy Lee Jones ( it is a really good movie) Me and my mom love watching these times of movies. I do like the newer disaster movies but for some reason the ones from the 90's just hit differently. In my opinion they are somehow better. My top favorite disaster movies are twister, night of the twisters, dantes peak, volcano, flood: a rivers rampage, and 10.0 plus its sequel 10.5. And either of you two haven't seen some of those yet I highly recommend them.

I live in Massachusetts so tornadoes aren't common here, but in 2011 we did have an F-3 touch down in my area about 15min from my house. It formed over water on live TV and we watched from the basement and it was the scariest thing I've ever witnessed (in regards to weather). It caused a ton of damage to the city as well as deaths and injuries to people and then moved north for several more miles. Since then we've had other tornado sightings which still baffles me because we have a lot of rivers and mountains here and not a lot of flatland lol

Bill Paxton the only movie I think caitlyn might know or remember him from is titanic. Wait pls tell me she's watch that at least. oh wait nevermind you guys looked him up π . The scene when they are eating always makes me want steak and mash potatoes. I'm like caitlyn when watching movies with animals someone save the dog. Yeah idk natural disaster movie always makes me want to watch them for some reason .
