About missing emails

I've got a reply from Patreon, to my email requesting help with the issue of the missing email-updates. And... that's their reply!
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure this is entirely helpful, as it seems a pretty standard issue-evasive answer. But hey, maybe is worth looking into it... So, check your spam folders and filters, maybe is something there?
Please let me know if that fixes it, or not.

I use yahoo mail and never seem to have a problem receiving updates- maybe that is an option. The new mobile app could be used for updates, too. It is slow as hell for commenting and browsing, but I just wait for the notification and open my browser to view.

2015-12-22 03:27:35 +0000 UTCI don't think it's a spam issue because I've stopped getting them altogether; I'll try a different email maybe and see if that fixes it. I use a hotmail account so maybe it has to do with that?
