WW2 Boba Fett helmet ( the rest coming soon)

I stumbled across this awesome concept art from Giorgio Baroni of a WW2 Boba Fett armor, and I absolutely loved it. So yes… I’m making the rest as well — with a little bit of my own spin!
I tweaked the helmet design to lean more into that WW2 style, which (in my opinion) just looks better. On top of that, I’ve added two faceplate options: one smooth, and one more aggressive, so you can pick your favorite look.
As always, I made sure to include both big parts as full pieces and split-down versions for smaller printers. For extra customization, you’ll also be able to add/remove the classic Boba cheek detail, or even drop in a grid/mesh for the back vent interior.
Hope you guys like it! And since it’s Halloween season — if you’ve got more silly or spooky crossover costume ideas, throw them my way :D

2025-09-30 06:28:35 +0000 UTCPrepping for paint. If you do those stencils, 100% everything in my house will be getting tagged 😆😆 Is there a simple way to do the visor flat for a cutout stencil? I'm thinking someone could trace it on clear plexiglass before cutting, bending, then tinting.

2025-09-29 22:49:42 +0000 UTCStill made at 585mm circumference as all my other helmets, only diference is there is more room for ears inside so it may be a bit narrow on th other bžparts, but still 585 mm circumference :);

2025-09-17 05:46:29 +0000 UTCHey Marco, what is the size for this helmet? I added all into the slicer but it seams this time it is a bit smaller then other helmets in 100% scale. Would be helpful to get a bade head size so i know the scale.
