Casey Jones mask _ Fortnite skin

No worries, I’m still working on the Snowtrooper armor—I just can’t help but jump from one project to another! :D

Now, this one is pretty special: it’s the Casey Jones mask/skin from Fortnite. Why is it special? Well, I designed it so it can be printed without any supports! The mesh for the eyes and mouth is already built in and pre-colored in Bambu Slicer for multicolor prints. And by multicolor, I mostly mean the new H2D printer that can now print in two colors super, super fast.

To recap, this mask printed in about 8 hours with two colors—that’s crazy fast! I remember when printing took waaaaaay longer. :)

Of course, as always, I added multiple options in case you wish to customize it a bit. You’ll find all combinations both as STL files and 3MF files (the 3MFs are pre-supported and pre-painted for easy use).

The “all combinations” have their names, but to explain simply: included are all versions featuring mesh and solid options for mouth, eyes, lenses, and a pre-colored nose. Check the photos for more details!
