Sorry for the delay—I was on the road and needed some time to get settled.
With summer approaching, I figured I’d go in the opposite direction… and build a Snowtrooper! ❄️
Yes, the full armor set is coming, but to avoid keeping you waiting too long, I'm releasing the helmet first.
I'm also juggling a few other projects (as usual), so expect more releases as I wrap things up.
On this helmet, I added a small feature to help guide where the cloth or material should go—so you can get as close as possible to that screen-accurate look.
And now, a quick call to all the experts out there:
If you have any tips, references, images, or suggestions for the Snowtrooper armor—now's the time! I’m still actively working on it, and once it's finalized, updates become nearly impossible. But right now? I can shape it however it needs to be. So please share your input!
I’m also following the 501st guidelines for accuracy—so you know what that means ;)

Amazing split files as always. I've printed two helms on my MK4s, and they snap together and glue up with very tight seams. Well done! Cannot wait for an upgrade to the XL, until then these make it easy to go from print to smoothen and sanded there is not a lot of seam clean up to do.

2025-05-07 19:43:51 +0000 UTCMaybe in the future, another addition could be attachments for the base helmet, as that same shape is present on imperial troopers like in solo or in the latest andor episodes. Just adding the goggles and/or mask would make the mimban foot soldier helmet.
