MOTU - He Man sword
Added 2025-03-04 14:56:00 +0000 UTCI just finished modeling Adam’s sword from the upcoming Masters of the Universe movie for 3D printing!
This one has a special feature: a press-fit insert system designed for structural strength and easy assembly. No need for aluminum rods or glue—just a precise fit that locks in place.
If the pressure-fit strips end up too tight or too loose, you can simply adjust the scale for a perfect fit. I’ll be testing different offsets myself to fine-tune the tolerances. When you try it out, let me know—we can compare results across different machines and settings.
