RC Repair droid update coming soon :)
Added 2025-02-06 15:29:34 +0000 UTCAs promised I have been working on making the droid easier to build and available to everyone by eliminating the need to use the phone :D
I need a bit more time to get it all ready, but here's a little recap:
- changed the drive motor for a stronger one
- changed the gear ratio that in combination with a stronger motor will provide more speed
- new wheels design ( repaired the dragging of the wheel illusion)
- new interior redesign - slots for new components like the receiver , battery, servo controller
- no more coding - a simple plug and play situation
- easy to use RC controller that can be applied to many other things as well
Just need to make sure the tolerances are perfect to use and test the speed , so thank you for the patience, it will be ready soon :)

nice, I ended up just using a cheap rc controller on mine anyway. and then incorporated a rechargeable rc battery. Cant wait to make a second one lol

Maybe I have to found a name for the little droid. At the moment I build the motorised vambraces for my custom mando, you can see it at my picture.
