1 - the cowl - i added some details on the side that were "missing" on V1. Now there are several reference images so now we have 2 versions to choose from, the latest should be the most accurate to the show :)

2 - the cowl - the little edge under the nose had too deep of a cut so when you tried adding support to that part they were hard to split. The cut is now more narrow and no supports are needed on that part

3 - eye cutouts for the cowl - simple to print eye shapes that can be used as guides for cutting or vacuum forming

Printing the billy clubs :

So far everything is great, the mechanism seems to work fantastic, only one little "word of caution"

You only need support on the L_B part, and only on the outside edges, rotate it so the cone shape in the interior is facing up.

when you do add those support - my experience was - 2 prints were fine, 1 print for some reason thickened the walls on that portion, most likely due to support material catching on to the print itself.

IF that happens just sand it down a bit and you're good to go :)

Texture on the billy clubs is working fantastic, no support needed, only a few more hours left and i can assemble it completely :)
