Physical Merch

This is an idea I've been pondering for quite a bit of time since I found out that Patreon can do Merch fulfillment.

I want your input, would you like physical goods from me?
I have a few ideas, and some will probably be based on 64 Bit Blueberry, and maybe some quippy line similar to the "I turn into a Blueberry on the First Date" kinda deal.

Physical Merch would involve stuff like stickers, small prints, and maybe T-Shirts.
The only difference is because of the way Patreon does merch, as far as I understand it, it's tied in with Tiers.
Basically, merch would only be distributed if you stay subscribed for a certain number of months.

I'm not really sure how I should approach it just yet, but I'd love to know if you'd be interested in physical merch, or if it's just not worth the time and effort.

Do you think I should pursue this, and if you have any ideas of what you'd like to see, feel free to let me know below!

First Time

There's a first for everything, and this is my very first time making a male berry!

Update: I've added a few more angles really quick, and I've even included a super rare POV shot.
I kinda get the appeal of POV shots but in this case, it really is just a blue horizon lol
partly why I'm not super into making POV stuff like this, but an animated POV would be really cool. I had one in the works but I'm an idiot and lost it somewhere on my work drive, I think I posted a WIP of it in the Discord though.

So many people have requested I do a male berry, and I felt the urge to pump one out! Before I wasn't super confident in my male character quality skills, but I felt really good about this one!

I was working on current berry animation, and made this dude as a background character. While I was working on him, I set him up with mostly everything he needed to turn blue and swell up, minus the shape keys, I'm working on that.

I'm thinking about making some more stuff with this guy, and filling in the gap between the first and second image. I also wanna make a simple simulation animation with him, so if you wanna see that, let me know!

Tracksuit Detail Sculpt

As a fun little project, I just wanted to try sculpting an OG Tracksuit style berry mesh.
The focus with this project was the finer details, the cloth shader, and a bit of lighting.

I don't think there needs to be another Tracksuit Berry on my public pages, but I thought you would all enjoy this little project exclusively on here!

It's nothing too crazy, and I just wanted to do something like this for the night, so not everything is done super well, and it was done in just a few hours.

Animation Progress Update - Sept 27

Just wanted to give a small update on the progress of my next short animation, progress is smooth, and I'm pretty happy with the result so far.

The entire animation is pretty much watchable start to finish. I've uploaded a new preview on the Discord, and attached another preview below.
I added the final shape to the animation, and updated the shader to closely match the skin shader on the Office Lady.
I want to animate a new introduction for the animation as the current one is just a placeholder.

I've been experimenting more with Houdini for simulation, and I've gotten more comfortable with the workflow within Houdini, and I've been liking it a lot. I've been using this animation as a bit of a base to test some stuff on it, and I've made some pretty decent progress.

What I've discovered working with Houdini so far is this:

I don't think this is a good program for solid soft-body simulation with inflation from what I could figure out so far. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but that way I've got it setup is that the simulation is pinned to the animation, but there's a balance between the simulation and the strength of the pin, and if the pin isn't great enough, then the simulation won't match the inflated portion of the model properly. I can't really figure this one out no matter how much I tried, but maybe some more experimentation will help with this.
However, if you sacrifice the jiggle, you do get something quite interesting. It's still simulated and it matches the animation pretty closely, and it can interact with other simulations in the scene, like the clothes, so the clothes can actually affect the body, and the body can affect the clothes. You just lose the jiggle and weight of the soft-body.
I have a solution for the substitute, physics driven bones on the belly, breast, and hips will help drive a bit of the animation and feeling of weight, but unfortunately I don't have a good solution for entirely simulated soft-body yet.
I have figured out tearing, this has been solved, but I finally understand Houdini enough where it's really no big deal tearing cloth now.
I'll be posting more about this soon as the animation progresses, but this may be the first animation where I actually get to incorporate Houdini.

Also I'd love some suggestions for a name for this character, I've just been calling her Office Lady but since she'll be showing up more in other works outside of the Office Animation and this animation, I thought I should give her a name.

Test Renders + Test Animation on Discord

Just wanted to drop these in here! I've been working steadily on the Office Lady rig, and currently I'm working on a short animation to show her off a bit.

You can find a preview of this animation available for download below, or you can view it on the WIP Channel on the Discord!

A lot of the work for the next animation has been going into this specific model and character, and I really wanna continue to use this after the Office animation is done, which is why you've seen her featured a lot in my most recent content.

I also wanted to give an update on the Tied and Bound Blueberry version, that I just want to call Tied and Blue from now on, I've begun animating new bits for this version to push it a bit further than the original. I've updated the final shape so I can show off the backside, I've added a new POV shot at the end, and I'll be animating a new intro to replace the current one, where instead of a hose, gum is introduced instead.
I was debating animating new stuff for the animation, and it will complicate it because it was already a bit of a pain to get finished in the first place, but I want to do it to make it even more different compared to the original. I'll post some more stuff about this later as it develops.

I've felt a good boost of energy and drive to create recently, which is why you've seen a bit more content from me than usual, and I want to put out more content like I have been putting out, just showcasing what I've been working on in short little projects that don't take up much time, like the recent Still Some Room to Grow and Early Access Exclusive Breast Expansion Sequence.
As for what the future holds, besides Tied and Blue, the inevitable Office Animation stemming from the work I'm doing right now, and the next short animation that I've attached below, I can't really say for certain, but I really wanna experiment more like how I've been doing recently.

Quick Update

Hey Everyone!

Just wanted to give you all a quick update on the state of things as of right now!

The Berry Model relaunch has been awesome, and I'm really happy that some of my models are out there in other people's hands, and I've even seen them pop up in a few artworks!
I want to upload more models to the shop and Model Sharing Tier eventually, but I'm gonna be holding off for a bit while I work on other projects!
One cool idea I wanted to try is have a little showcase with some artists who've used my models in their projects to show what they've done with them!
Overall, this approach to model sharing has been a lot better in my opinion. The addition of the shop on Patreon has made it much easier to provide these models to you, opposed to other sites which wouldn't allow this content.

Recently, I just took on commissions again, and it's going smoothly! I've wanted to do commissions for a while, and this attempt has been so much better. I wanna open up commissions again soon, probably as the one I am currently working on comes to a close, so stay tuned!

If you also haven't noticed, I also tuned up my page and such, on Patreon and DeviantArt, I redid some banners and got things a bit more organized.
I'm planning on organizing my Patreon a bit more too, including fixing the blurred preview images in the shop, but it'll have to wait for a bit.

I also wanted to give you all a little personal life update and where I've been for the past few weeks. I'm moving!
I'm still holding still right now, but in about a week, I'll be packing up and getting a move on!

As I'm holding still, one thing I've been putting off for a second has been the Blueberry Tied and Bound version as I wanted to focus on the models first, and I was getting the office animation off the ground shortly after the initial Tied and Bound version dropped. I will be working on this for my last project in my current space. This will be my number one priority.

When I move, I'll also have some space for some more experimental content!
A few weeks ago, I finally purchased some filming equipment for an IRL project! I haven't had a ton of space to set it up and film anything yet, but with the new place, I'll finally have some space to get something setup and ready for some IRL videos!

It's been a very productive few months, and I'm really happy to have all of your support! I really wanted to give you more value from my content, and I feel like I'm making the steps in the right direction.

New Models Available in the Shop and Model Sharing Tier

In case you missed it, two new models are now available in the Model Sharing Tier, and now the Patreon Shop! Now I can offer individual models rather than bundling them all up in a single tier!

I want to bring more models, past and future to the shop, including those I've already released in the Model Sharing Tier! I'm thinking I might bring the model I made for the MySpace recreation to the shop!

I hope these prices and such are a good balance for quality and affordability, and if you decide to support me by purchasing a model, or by upgrading to the Model Sharing Tier, it helps out a ton!

Next Project Poll

Heyo!

Really quick, I just want to thank you all for the support I got on Tied and Bound!
I hope you all enjoyed it, and it met your expectations for my next full length animation.
Now that the main project is complete, and I've had a bit more time away from work, I'm getting back into a new project!

I wanted your input on what project I should focus on next!
I've been between a few projects, so I've listed a few down below!

I have been procuring things for the IRL Project, specifically lighting and a green screen, I'm pretty close to getting ready to shoot something with my partner!

As for my animations like Code Blue and Tied and Bound, I've been working on a new animation, an Office Animation! This one is quite different from the one before, where the last one took place in an Office Cafeteria, this one will take place surrounded by cubicles fully within the Office Space.
I already have a character designed and fitted, and I've been doing a lot of pre-work to make sure this goes as smoothly, and planned as possible.
First, I've settled on a character design and outfit from the get-go.
And currently I'm animating a rough storyboard, so I have a clear vision of what I'm going to be animating. It also allows me to figure out the pacing and length of certain shots and the animation as a whole. Its nearly complete, I just have to round her out.
Overall, I'm super happy with how the storyboard has turned out, and the overall progress of the animation right now.

TLDR; Planning Animation, in Pre-Production as I'm building assets, Progress is steady and smooth.

With that in mind, I do have other projects I've had in mind that I've been wanting to toy with outside of animation, so if you feel like I should experiment and try something new outside of my traditional animations, please let me know in the polls!

Commissions

Hey Everyone!

So for a while, I've been wanting to get back into commissions, and I've considered it back and forth, discussed it with friends a bit, and I've come to the decision I want to accept commissions again!

I'll be running a small trial run to test the waters, and give commissions another try.
I'll be accepting a single commission for now, and depending on how things go, I'll be accepting more in the future.

One point of contention keeping me from starting commissions again was actually pricing, but after some discussion with art friends who also do commissions, if I want to actually do commissions and continue doing what I'm doing, I need to charge what my art is worth.

Commissions will be within the ballpark of 300-600 USD, depending on complexity and time.
This is a number I've estimated, and it could vary up and down in the future, but for this trial run, this is the range.


So if you'd like to commission me, this is your chance!

  • My terms are pretty simple for this run
    Blueberry/Inflation Only
    No Underage/Illegal Characters
    No Real People without Explicit, Video, and Written Consent
    The rest can be figured out in DMs

It's finally here, my next full expansion animation!

If you'd like to watch this in it's full resolution, I recommend downloading the file!

This is my longest animation in this format now, at about a 1:30 of animation, and a full runtime of 1:55!

This animation had a few hurdles towards the end, specifically the hair, which still isn't perfect in the final animation, but I did my best to fix what I could. 
I would have had this project out sooner if it weren't for that, as I had a trip planned shortly after I planned to release this, and I couldn't finish it in time, thus, catastrophe.

Because of these delays, the Blueberry version will have to wait a bit, but I'm working on it, and it'll be out soon!

I really hope this was worth the little wait from the original planned version, and that the extended version meets your expectations!

Tied and Bound - Coming this Week (slight delay)

Edit: Alright, so it had to be delayed yet again.

While I was rendering out the final layers, there was a problem I hadn't noticed in the test renders, there was serious problems with the hair. The hair would be all jittery and bad, so I went in to fix it, and it was a disaster. I had to redo the entire hair setup so it looks a little different from the initial images. It took a few days of messing with the hair to fix it, and then a good bit for re-renders.

But, I can say this, all rendering is finished, but there's a catch. The reason I wanted this out by that week was that I would be out of town till Thursday starting Sunday. I do have a setup to which I can work on the animation editing, but it's not ideal and I can only work on it so much.

I really apologize for the additional delay but this should be the last one. I appreciate all your patience while I finish this one out! Thank you everyone 🫶

I'll be working on this when I can, and I'll be finalizing it and releasing it at the end of the weekend when I'm back in town!

Finally, I have a full inflation animation coming this week!

Assuming everything goes according to plan, this should be done in the next 4 days!

The release is still a bit up in the air because it could be done sooner or later, but I'm pretty confident on this week as all of the animation is complete, all that's left is some tweaks to some physics and visual stuff, and render.

This is setup to render in chucks rather than one go, so the render is finally beginning tonight, and in total should be about 35-40 hours of rendering throughout the next few days.

Sound and Editing will begin soon with a proxy render tomorrow, and when all the final renders are done, it'll replace the proxy footage and it'll be ready to go!

I do want to preface this, in the event something goes seriously wrong, this might get delayed a bit further.

This was originally supposed to be a short animation, but I got the drive to fully extend it with the tools I've already built for another animation, and this is the result!

This is by far the highest fidelity animation I'll have put out in terms of shading, lighting, and composition.

I hope you all enjoy it, this one has been a fun one to work on, and I'm excited to show it to you all, and finally have a long animation out!

Tied and Bound is nearing completion

Tied and Bound is nearly complete! I have a few more things to do, mostly some quick simulation stuff, but most of the primary animation is finished!

I'm currently reworking the lighting just a bit and getting it ready for a quick test render. I'll be rendering out a test render once I animate a quick POV shot, rework the lighting, and run simulations! That's it!

Once the test render looks good, I'm gonna get to setting up the final render, and render it out over a few days, and then it'll be off to editing and sound!

It should be about 90-110 seconds, 90 currently but I'm still needing to work on the POV shot so it'll be just slightly longer than 90 seconds.

I should also mention that yes, it's still getting a Blueberry variant, I still need to rework the Blue Skin shader, but I'm focused on the main 3 things right now.

I hope you all are excited for this one, it's actually been a fun one to work on!

Quick Progress Update for Tied and Bound

I just wanted to give a quick update on the progress of Tied and Bound!

Things are going smoothly! The middle section is nearing completion, I just have a bit more work to do on smaller details like facial animations, then a bit of polish to get it looking all smooth. Next up for the middle section, as seen above, is simulation, which will give it the squish that it's currently lacking! I'm actually expecting simulation to go fairly smoothly, I've got a pretty decent solution to simulation that I've already used and applied to finish the beginning and ending of the animation.

If you can't already tell, I still have a good bit of work to do on it, but it's getting pretty close. The beginning is basically done, I want to revisit it just for a bit to polish it up a bit, I feel like I can add just a bit more to the beginning section. The final section is practically complete outside of some adjustments to the shaders and textures, and some facial animations.

Overall, what I've got left is polish and simulation on the middle section, finish up the set and background, re-adjust the lighting because I liked the original's tone more, and do a bit more work on shaders and texturing. Then after all of that, dedicate a few days to render it all out and make sure it's all pretty and nice, then it's off to edit, and sound, and release!

I'll be posting a rough cut of the final animation here when the middle section is more complete, I'm thinking tomorrow because the I've been able to make a lot of progress on the animation of the middle section with some better animation practices, and it's going pretty quick now. The rough cut will be a viewport render, the entire animation in a rough cut to give you an idea of how the final will look.

But I'm really happy with how this animation is turning out, and I'm excited to finally get this finished and out the door for you all, this was actually a fun one to work on, and didn't really have any huge problems like my last few animations.

Update on the Polls

The polls are in, and you've all spoken!

Tied and Bound is coming First and Foremost
And a vast majority of you would love to see a tutorial series from me!

After Tied and Bound is finished, I'm gonna see to putting a tutorial together.
I've never made a proper tutorial before, so it'll probably be a hot second before anything comes out, but I have a pretty decent process of making a high quality blueberry, that with some planning and scripting, I think I can make a tutorial out of one. I'll keep you all updated on how that progress goes.

And as for the other poll, Tied and Bound is what you wanna see first and foremost. I'm working on it and I'm making good progress, I'm hoping to have all the updates done soon so I can get rendering, and aiming for it to be out this month.

There's been so many developments that I've been pulled around to different projects and I know what you all wanna see first, so until Tied and Bound is rendering, everything else is on pause.

There's another animation in the pipeline I've been working on since before Tied and Bound, that I've finally posted a preview of in the Discord WIP Channel, so if you wanna check that out, it's available now!

As for the IRL Project, I have some better lighting now, so if all goes according to plan, I'll be filming while Tied and Bound is rendering.
I'll have some more details on the IRL Project soon, including who I'll be filming with!

(POLL) Should I make a short tutorial series on making a simple Blueberry?

I was asked about this in the Discord and I want to see what you all think.

Some people have asked for a tutorial on how to make a berry model, would you be interested in me spending the time to make a tutorial series?

I just know that making a tutorial will take up a fair chunk of time, so I want to see what you all think, so I can see if it's what you wanna see, and lemme know what you think!

It would go over the very basics, and probably in this order.

Modeling, UVs, Textures, Shading, (Maybe Rigging?), and Render.

The tutorial will assume you already have a basic understanding of Blender, and may even utilize Substance Painter.

Quick Poll on May Project (IRL or Tied and Bound)

So I've been sitting on this for a second while I'm working and I just want some input.

I'm curious what you would all want to see first, a quick IRL Video Test, or the Tied and Bound animation I've been posting about.

I have two ideas of what I want to make first with IRL content: A short animation walking around my actress who is already fully round to showcase a realistic blueberry, and a short expansion test similar to the ones I've done in the past with DealingPeaches and Candii, but a little longer because I'll have full creative control over the shots.

Each of these IRL project ideas should be relatively quick, and could be done by the end of the month, but so can Tied and Bound if I work on that mostly.

What do you think?

I was looking through my recovery drive and I stumbled upon this and it hit me like "oh shit"

So to hold over while I finish Tied and Bound, I made an audio mix and edited this all together, and now it's finished!

The IRL Project is finally happening

I'm really excited to finally be talking about this.

I finally have the opportunity to work on a fully in-house IRL Project!!

This is something I've been wanting to do for a very long time, and even had some developing projects that eventually fell through. One of the big problems with my past projects is the difficulty of collaborating with other creators, busy schedules, and slow iteration time.

I've really wanted to just get an actress myself and work on a project with them in person so I can iterate quickly, and have full control over the project. I finally have an actress!

We've already filmed our first bit of footage, and even experimented with some photogrammetry stuff, but I still need to improve and invest in some more equipment like lighting and a green screen, and perhaps even a better camera.

This has been something I've wanted to work on for so long, and I'm really excited to tell you all about this, and that it's finally in motion. We're committed to making content like this as we experiment further.

I want to have a test scene in progress and up for showcase next month after the upcoming Tied and Bound, but we'll see how it develops.

I'll keep you all updated! Thank you for supporting me thus far, and I hope that we can wow you all with something really special!

Edit 4/9: I'm delaying the animation by about a week or so, I've decided to extend it, and it needs just a little bit more time in the oven!

Update 4/19: Finally finalized the final shape, still a bit of work to be done getting up to the shape, but things are going smoothly!

This animation will feature 2 versions:
A Water/Standard Version (Seen Above)
A Blueberry Version exclusive to Early Access Members and Above April 10th and WIP Members April 24th!

Wardrobe Malfunction

you walk into the halloween party and there's a hottie swelling up like a blueberry, wyd?

Hope you all like this new piece, I really wanted to experiment with modeling my own clothing in Blender itself, it seems like this might be the superior method to just simulating it from the get go, but it also limits how complex the outfits get, thus, the basic halloween costume: dressing up as Violet with a dash of blue makeup on your nose for Halloween, and having it go terribly wrong.
