It has a twist lock mechanism on each side that allows you to go from 2 seperate clubs option to staff option to "nunchaku" option.
I have test printed and adjusted the print tolerances, so it should be a bit tighter fit at the end with is ok bcs we need it to hold tight. I'm also quite surprised at how well it all works :)
if you will need even tighter tolerances, just provide some feedback and we'll adjust :)
Now for those of us who have smaller printers like the prusa i3mk3s the main parts are split into 2 with a twist lock mechanism.
i'm test printing the entire thing as this is uploaded but the main parts were tested and it all looks good :)
The opening for the wire is 5mm, so you can use anything up to 5 mm.
There is also a wire attached aid thing in case you wish to use more narrow wire , just attach it to the "aid" and insert.
Rubber Bands used are the regular rubber bands found in any store :)
The cap on the other side is an extra in case you need to replace your main one :)
