State of the Skeleton - November '23 update

Happy Turkey Time / Late-November-For-No-Real-Reason,

Hey-hey Skellefam! Greetings from the mid-west! Producer Grace and I have been across the country with her family for the last few days for Thanksgiving, or for the rest of the world, late-November Break. I was hoping to have a bunch of videos for you before we hopped on the plane and ok, ...so maybe trying to get three videos out before the Thanksgiving break was a little ambitious! But still have something for y'all!

People have voiced a disinterest in posting work-in-progress videos, really only interested in the finished work. But it's been such a drought around here and since there's currently 46 minutes of finished video, I thought I'd give y'all something to watch - here's the 90% finished cut of the Every Zeebo Game Part 2 video if you'd like to see it early. The intro and outro haven't been shot yet and there are still 8 more games to be reviewed. That may sound like a lot left, but this video covers 30 games already (more if you count unreleased games) and there really isn't much to talk about with those last few. Altogether I don't see this video being that much more than an hour so this really is a huge bulk of the video.

I tried to make this one really fun, still giving my honest thoughts on these games, both positive and negative, tied together with lots of history, and trivia, but also jokes. This might be one of the silliest video I've ever made but I was have a ton of fun being more loose than I think I normally am. I know it's been a long time coming but I really have been trying to make this as good as it can be.

Second, this month's UDUG! Passwords! This one I was hoping to have out to an editor before I left for my trip but that just wasn't able to happen. But making lemon from the lemon's around me, I'm going to shoot the video around Grace's parent's house! I'm in the rural mid-west! There's a chicken coop! They have a big cornfield that's dead and flat this time of year. I brought my laptop and mic, plus I can film with my phone, I can shoot remotely anywhere I want! So it once again, looks like UDUG is dropping later in the month than I wanted but I'm gonna have some fun and shoot remotely. It being the Patreon exclusive show, it aught to be a dumb as possible anyway, right?

One last thing, you might remember that last year we endeavored to play a 16-player game of Faceball 2000 for the GameBoy and unfortunately fell far short of that goal. We filled the whole thing and have been still working to figure out how exactly to make a full 16-player game possible, with idea of making that into a video. Well, I can't go into the details, but over the last week or so, some friends who have been collaborating with us on this project made a few HUGE discovery!! We might've blown the lid off this WHOLE THING!! I've been so busy with Zeebo, the UDUG Passwords video, and this trip that I haven't been able to get into all the details but needless to say this project might have to take priority again in December! I know it's been slow around here but it's starting to pick up again, trust me!
