2024-10-31 00:18:07 +0000 UTCAbout the bit you mentioned of some peeps saying ASMR isn't the place to get into philosophical storybuilding, I don't get why they'd say that. In the end, when it comes to storytelling isn't it just another medium? Even more immersive than just people voiceacting stories. Before I discovered this kind of ASMR I wasn't that interested in the medium by itself, but the work you do? It's fantastic! The mastery you have over it, all the sounds, being able to basically play whole movies into the brain of whoever is listening, piecing things together from one video to another like a mini-series it's just mindblowing. I'm really glad and thankful for the time you put into it and that you share it with the rest of us, making us all invested in all of your characters. Even when by the voices themselves I didn't vibe with certain popular ones... the personalities you give each one of them made them shine and made me learn to appreciate them a heckton more. You are just, 11/10, and I hope to be here for the future even if I didn't join that long ago.
